This parody is of Lesson Number One which can be found on Mulan II. A younger Travis (Every trick in the book) is training with his mistress/teacher Swirly. She is teaching him how to be strong but not rough and calm but not too slow or gentle. Although he's mastering all the lessons he's merely on the first lesson. Still there are over 25 lessons, all with challenges and uneasy tasks.

<poem> Swirly: Male, female Dry, storm Flora and fauna Cold and warm
Each without will fall apart But only together They will balance more than none Lesson number one
Like a brick, huh-huh You must be strong, huh Like a tree, mah You must stand tall Move quick don't be rave
Think smart, huh-huh And be brave
Travis: Like a brick, huh-huh I shall be strong, huh Like a tree, mah I shall stand tall Move quick don't be rave
Think smart, huh-huh And be brave
Okay, Swirly. I've mastered it!
Swirly: (Chuckles) Yes, but you're still out of balance. You're merely half-way done.
Like the grass you are calm Like the moon you shimmer and you shine Slowing pace knowing that it's not a race And you can't always be brave
Travis: Like the grass I am calm Like the moon I shimmer and I shine Slowing pace knowing that it's not a race And I can't always be brave
Swirly and Travis: Each without will fall apart But only together They will balance more than none Lesson number one
Travis: Like the grass I am calm Like the moon I shimmer and I shine

Travis: Slowing pace knowing that it's not a race And I can't always be brave
Think smart, huh-huh And be brave
Swirly: You have begun!
Travis: Lesson number Lesson number Lesson number Lesson number
